Packaging
All shipments are securely packaged and shipped in plain generic packages or shipper provided packaging materials. Shipments will bare the return address of our generic trading company. The contents of orders and our website name are not displayed on packages.
International Shipping
We do ship internationally, but it is the buyer’s responsibility to know the respective laws in their country. We cannot be held accountable for any packages detained by customs (although we make every effort to ease the passage of shipments through customs). Please check with your country’s customs agency to ensure that the items you are ordering are not restricted. International shipping times vary considerably from country to country. On international customs forms, all products are labeled under their technical or botanical name. We do not falsify customs forms. 95% of International shipments make it to their destination without customs or delivery problems.

Delivery
All orders ship with a tracking/delivery confirmation number. You will receive a shipping confirmation email, once your order has shipped. The majority of all shipments are dispatched by or before the next business day. Occasionally delivery confirmation numbers will not update their tracking information for up to 24 hours. Tracking/Delivery confirmation numbers may not be available for some countries outside of the USA.
