Q: I just placed an order and now it is on hold, what’s going on?
A: This is normal, all orders are placed into a “hold” status before payment is processed.
Q: How soon will my order be processed after I submit it?
A: Every order is dispatched by the next business day, unless there is an issue with the order and in that case you will be contacted so that we can resolve it together.
Q: Do you share my personal information?

A: Emails are generally answered the same day they are sent.
Q: Do you refund the shipping costs of USPS Express Guaranteed if the shipment is late?
A: Unfortunately,because the refund process that USPS uses is physical and not electronic, we are unable to provide refunds for USPS Express shipments that are not delivered by the deadline.

A: All major Credit Cards, Bitcoin, & Amazon Giftcards.
Q: For my credit card order, can I have my order shipped to an address other then the address of record?
A: Occasionally packages are allowed to be shipped to an alternate addresses but, because of issues with credit card fraud Herbaldom reserves the right to decline your request. If you are a new customer, we suggest you do not ship to an address other than the address of record on your credit card without contacting us.

A: All prices are listed on the Herbaldom website, please look there. If you need a product in bulk quantities that is not listed on the website, please use the contact form to get in touch.
Q: How long does shipping take? Do you provide tracking information? Are your shipments packaged discreetly? If so, how are they packaged?

Q: How is my personal & payment information protected?
A: We use 256 bit SSL to protect your personal and payment information while in transit and all sensitive payment information is handled in compliance with PCI Security Standards by our payment processing partners.
Q: What is your refund/return policy?
A: Our refund policy is listed on our Terms of Service page. We are unable to give refunds on open product packaging due to the nature of our products, but in general allow for a 14 day return policy.
Q: I received a message saying you could not accept my credit card because I live in country X?
A: Due to issues with higher rates of credit card fraud from certain countries, we are unable to accept credit card payments from individuals residing in some countries. If you reside in a country that we are not able to collect credit card payments from, you may submit payment via bitcoin.
