Email Issues over the Last 4 Days

Dear Customer,

If you have not received a response to an email you sent directly to us in the last 4 days, it is because our email was having deliver-ability issues. We hired a company to do a server transfer for us last weekend and unfortunately they did not transfer the MX (email routing records), therefore if you emailed us in the last 4 days and we did not respond, please send it again and we will get back to you ASAP. Some email was delivered and responded to, but not all, records must have been cached somehow and still allowed email to be routed to us instead of bounced back, which is why we never noticed. We have fixed the issue and it is working now. We apologize for this inconvenience.
