Primary Credit Card Processor Down

Our primary credit card processor just cut off our credit card processing with them yesterday and is holding 10 days worth of payments and a Months worth of reserves. We’re still in it though, we have a few backup payment methods, you can still use to pay with your credit card albeit with more hassle and hoops to jump through. This was an industry wide event and the 2 primary credit card processors for the kratom industry have stopped paying out kratom merchants. Hopefully a new solution will appear, but in the meantime (It could be months, please get comfortable with alternative payment methods because the future of payments in the kratom industry are echecks and crypto). You can still pay via credit card, but read the payment instructions carefully and be discrete so that you do not ruin any of our payment options for us or other customers.
